The New Ship Restaurant and Dry Dock Bar offer meals to match your mood. There is live music every Friday and Saturday night in the Dry Dock bar. Experience Dooley's warm hospitality which has been a tradition for 3 generations. Rita Nolan Suite - This conference suite can be configured to suite a small meeting as effectively as a full scale product launch, seating up to 250 delegates or guests for a meeting or banquet.
Breakfast is available from 07:30 to 10:00. A carvery lunch is served from 12:30 to 14:30. An à la carte menu is available from the bar from 14:30 to 21:00 Dinner is served from 18:00 to 21:30 Monday to Saturday and from 18:00 to 21:00 on Sundays. The hotel’s Dry Dock Bar hosts live music every Friday and Saturday night and traditional music every Wednesday night (in season).
